support and lead today’s organizations.
These foundations skills are required by
major institutions and organizations as
a measure of competency.
Candidates are required to pass one of
the CBP Professional exams to be
accredited with the
CBP
Professional designation.

How to Attain
the CBP Professional Credential |

In order to attain
the CBP Professional credential,
candidates must attend one of the five
CBP Professional modules and pass the
associated exam, which consist of the
following:
- Leadership – C10-506
- Customer Service – C20-507
- Sales – C30-508
- Business Etiquette and
Professionalism – C40-509
- Business Communication – C50-510
